 Elliott and his girlfriend Jess
Campground at the Inn on the Gallatin just south of Bozeman, MT

We made it to Bozeman, MT on Sunday and went into the Hide a Way lounge for the second of the Chiefs Cowboys game. Elliott is bartender so we had great service and the game was on the biggest TV in the bar. I guess it pays to know the Bartender. After a few local brews,  some great hot wings and a 1 point awesome victory by the CHIEFS we made our way to our campsite. It was a wonderful place right on the banks of the Gallatin river. Monday Jess and Elliott both had the day off so we met them for Mimosas and a great breakfast at a local hangout. We then visited a few tourist traps and ended up at some nice local watering holes. They joined us for dinner at the RV and a few drinks to cap off a great day. So nice to see old friends doing so well and loving the great community they live in. If you are ever in the area Bozeman is a great town and our little campground was great. it was run by a couple starting their second career path and have been remodeling the cabins and improving the restaurant I would highly recommend it.

Kim thought these were really strange looking COWS!!!! I think she really is blonde.
We stopped at Devils Tower today on our way to Wyoming. It was cold, cloudy, and raining when we arrived, but by the time we left the sun was out and we got some great pictures,

This is my first attempt at a download so I hope it works. Our first night was spent at the Fort Randall Casino in Pickstown, SD. We met Kim's lifelong friend Kandi and her husband Chuck. If this works I will post some other pics and updates later.

Welcome!

We are getting ready to embark on a six-week adventure on the big open road.
We have always enjoyed traveling, but this time we are doing things a little differently...viewing several states ON WHEELS!
Please check back in on our status every now and then.  It should be quite the adventure!
